The NHL gives Joachim Blichfeld a two game suspension for his hit on Nathan MacKinnon. The Colorado Avalanche need to build on their most recent win.
Two games is what Joachim Blichfeld will sit out for his nasty his on Avalanche superstar Nathan MacKinnon, and I feel like that is appropriate. We don't know yet if Mack will miss time, but for the short term the Avs seems to have avoided a serious, long term injury. The Avalanche played well in the 4-0 win over San Jose and can use that as a jumping off point to maybe start some consistency. Let's hope it is the start of a strong run. Tune in and subscribe!
