In which your host pays tribute to the musical genius of the late Scott Hutchison. Formed in Selkirk, Scotland, in 2003, Frightened Rabbit expanded their lineup from brothers Scott and Grant to a formidable five-piece indie outfit whose raw, idiosyncratic lyrics and rich melodies garnered fans across the globe. Following the release of their fifth studio album, Scott, who had suffered from depression for many years, took his own life on the 9th of May, 2018. He lives on in his remarkable body of work, and in the hearts of Frabbits the world over who were blessed by his gifts.
"So let the hurt run down the drain to the reservoir / and one day I'll add a drop of my own worries to a dram."
