A while back I wrote a guest article on for a website on the concept of Balance.

Today's episode was a real treat for me as a strength history nerd. I am joined today James Fuller, of Strongman Archaeology.

James has been studying and performing the old time strongman lifts for years and his instagram page has fascinated me for a while now.
