This one is controversial. I never normally speak about racism or how it effects soicetal structures, but now I feel is the time to speak. In this talk I detail how I feel it is to be an ethnic minority in the UK and also how I feel about the police. 

I talk about my personal interactions with the police and also how I feel racism and sexim has crept in to a level where it is now dangerours.

The art of being able to ask a good question is indeed that, an art. In soceity now do we really get the answers we want when we speak to people? Is this because they don't understand the question, or are we asking it right? This talk explores the bext way to question and some of the things that have worked for me over the years. You may have heard me say it before but before punching and grappling there was basketball. Basketball saved my life, in a time when I really needed a focus. I have watched this game since 1986 and it is deeply rooted in my heart. So I decided to do a fantasy draft. 

Who do you call when such things happen? My two close friends Lee and Jake. Yep we had some controversial and some odd picks with this one. Who had the better team? Listen in and find out.

When it gets to the point where you feel like you want to break, looking at the trigger is not always the reason. In my life I have always tried to maintain a certain set of routines that help me to keep stable. These routines ensure that I am looking after the little steps which in turn will mean the big stuff works. In this talk we explore how looking after the little metrics means you give yourself the best chance of looking after the big stuff.

The road to being an F1 driver for any gender has to be one of the hardest paths in sport. It requires a lot of work and a bit of luck along the way. So very rarely do you get a brother and sister combination who are both brilliant behind the wheel. Today we bring you Thomas and Catherine Potter who are on a journey to make the big time. In this episode we share laughs and talk about the harder side of trying to be great. Even at a young age both have had to endure awful abuse while they chase the dream. This was a brilliant conversation. It was an important one that shows the pressure some young people are under.

One of my favourite hobbies is boxing. As well as watching also learning it. I have loved it from an early age. It is a very detailed sport which is much more then hitting people in the face. Having been in the ring a number of times I know how hard it is to survive in there.

Everyone has their favourite boxers and I have mine too. So I asked my close friend previous guest Dave Frater to come back on and list our top 5. Not maybe the best ones but our favourites.
