Most of us are on a drive to be wealthy. Most of us. You may spend a lot of time and hard work trying to get that point. So then why would you want to give your wealth away?
In this talk we speak about how you can give your wealth away on all levels, not just money but time. How it creates connections in your wider environment and also the idea of being the rich homeless person.
Is that even possible?

My goal to be a black belt in Chu Sai Lei Wing Chun, Judo and BJJ is not an easy target. Why should it be? I have been thinking about this goal for the last few years and how leaks over into my day to day life, my need for validation and also my desire to improve. Am I doing it for the right reasons or am I doing it based on my desperate need to be restless?
In this talk I explore what trying to achieve this target has done for me, is doing for me now and what it may do. This one is deeper than martial arts.

Here once again it’s time to hand the baby over. Today the sitter is someone who we have had on the podcast before, someone who is doing amazing things and changing lives. Farzana Hirji Karawalli is a consultant, trainer and quality assurance specialist in health, social and supported living services. Someone who we look up to greatly here as her work is so important in todays world. Today we hand over the podcast and see where it takes us, we talk about many things and I get interviewed about some deep and long standing topics. More than anything this was so much fun, I had such a great time handing the show over.

I have long suspected that I have ADHD but this has never been diagnosed. Our son is in the process of having his confirmed and in learning about ADHD to help I have learned about myself. I have learned about how to reconcile my shame, guilt and pain about my behaviour as a child. In trying to help Brodie to become great I have helped myself to be more forgiving.

When we talk about someone who has lived a life this guest has lived a universe. I first met Dr Neil Nasser on a mental health course I was attending and was instantly blown away. A multi talented man in the field of coaching, mental health and wellbeing. This was an amazing talk with a man who has seen the ugly side of life, changed his life and is still empowering other people in life. We covered it all, religion, life, HipHop and some stories you just won’t expect.

Each one teach one is one of the core Hip Hop philosophies. The ability to be a great teacher in any field also has the power to change lives forever. In this episode I give you a dear friend Dave Frater. A school teacher of over 30 years Dave has seen it all. We talk about how the culture of teaching has evolved, what needs to happen going forward and dogs. Yes dogs. Dave has changed lives over the years and he shares some of those stories in this podcast. Highs and lows. This was another one of the moments when I was reminded of how great my circle of people are.

Today we speak about creating good solid habits in young people. Not to make sure become little soldiers or even to keep them in line. To empower them, to give them a chance to take responsability. It's a way of showing them how much we the adults trust them. It's another way of expressing love.

This week we look at thought bias. A trait that every human on the planet is gulty of. Yet many don't know they are doing it. Some know they are doing it and keep doing it anyway. Is the hardest part of your behaviour to change? Have a listen and let me know.
