I made this video upon request for the Fit Weed Mama Community explaining what Conscious Cannabis is and how you can pair cannabis your any yoga practice or meditation! This also awakens your third eye chakra and connects you beyond your form. Juliane Nowe, founder of LadyNowe and host, was born and raised in a small town-Heckmans Island, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

She considers herself fortunate to have grown up around family and adults choosing to use cannabis medically and recreationally. Growing up in a small town also meant a lot of meat and potatoes and at that time, going to the DR was the number one recommendation when anything was "wrong". Juliane says, "I was not healing. All my physical symptoms were getting worse. I was sick all the time. It wasn't until I started asking questions and wanting to get to the root cause. The WHY. Why was I getting sick so much? The Universe responded and I found herbs, how to use cannabis as medicine, yoga, reiki, juice, vegan options, meditation, talking to spirit, using my psychic abilities and channeling spirit that a whole NEW WAY was revealed. I have healed and I continue to heal."

Juliane has been teaching and using Reiki and Spirit Channeling to heal and guide herself and others for years. She has now also combined all of this with food and plant healing. In February 2017 she became a medical cannabis patient and has become a mentor and teacher at the Natural Wellness Academy, specializing in their Cannabis Coaching Course & the Health and Life Coach Course. She knows what it's like to have so many questions about spirit, yoga, nutrition, health, plants and life, while not knowing where to start looking for information.

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed with opinions, books, links and outside influence, while wanting to do what's right for you because everything else you have tried is NOT working! From breakdown to breakthrough thanks to consciousness and cannabis!

The Mommy Jane shares her personal story of how to had to hit bottom with the breakdown first in order to find her way to what she needed for her breakthrough.

She thanks consciousness and cannabis for helping her loose 100 pounds, kick pharmaceuticals goodbye and guiding her to find her voice again in an inudstry that needs women to be authentic, loving, strong and aligned with their messsage. 

She now lives her life with purpose, meaning and gratitude every day and shares what she does daily to stay in alignment when she is feeling overwhelmed and the mission she is on now!

We are not victims, we are warriors that have had experiences and it's time to share, rest, reset and live this life from a place of the soul.

In this episode, Annalise, Founder of Spirited Roots in Vancouver, explains to us what breathwork is, who is a shaman (and how to spot when someone is taking advantage of you by using this name) and how you can be grounded with your own roots while free with your spirit at the same time. 

We also focused our conversation on the parasympathetic system. When someone has experienced trauma they may be living in fight or flight mode constantly or in this state when triggered, that can then last for long, extended periods of time. You may also be living in these modes without realizing it. For example, bragging how busy you are, when really you are trying to run from your feelings. It takes awareness, consciousness and intention to start to transition to the parasympathetic system. When we live from this space, our bodies can then start to heal themselves, we find peace and feel clarity in the mind and callings from the heart.

It's time to go within, listen and apply this wisdom into our daily life.

We make time for everything else but find it hard to make time to relax. This yoga nidra is designed so you can close your eyes and listen when you have only 20 minutes! Need to relax but don't have the space to close your eyes? Just listen to the words and start to become familiar with the the feeling of relaxing and the body scan.

Multiple times a day I have to stop and tell my body to relax, my eyes to relax, my shoulders to relax, and so forth. 

When we enter this state of relaxation we start to tap into our own system that is designed to heal ourselves AND where we can start to change our subconscious beliefs to manifest our desires!
