Kristen reflects on her studies at Maharishi University in Fairfield, IA where she is pursuing her M.S. in Ayurveda, Traditional Indian Medicine. This University is SO MUCH MORE than a college campus; it is also the home of Transcendental Meditation and advanced meditators who are making an impact on the greater community, the country, and ultimately the world. 

This energetic hub of consciousness was a moving experience and working with clients, learning from esteemed Ayurvedic doctors (Vaidya's) and understanding the simplicity and wisdom involved in this extensive holistic medicine all contributed to growth and learning.
