Have you ever wondered why manipulators prefer certain types of people to abuse? They will look for a few common traits that many empaths are unaware of. Because of a lack of boundaries, empaths will continue to wonder why they are attracting these toxic people into their lives. In this episode, I discuss why empaths who are abused typically struggle to break free. I learned about three distinct stages and how to make sense of them. The ultimate goal is to close the door on the abuser so that you can enjoy the life you truly deserve. Please forward this to anyone who may be trapped in an abusive cycle. This is one of the hardest things to break alone.
