Health & wellbeing completely on it’s arse.
He thought needed to push harder.
Spoiler alert; he didn’t.
The problem wasn’t effort, it was how he was operating.
We stripped it back, changed the approach, and focused on building something he could actually sustain instead of short bursts followed by burnout.
We also found there was more going on under the surface with his health that needed addressing.
And we addressed it.
Now he’s in a completely different place.
More energy, clearer thinking, and actually able to show up properly across everything that matters.
