December has a habit of becoming a write-off.
More booze. More food. More late nights.
And the same lie every year: “I’ll just sort it in January.”
I know - because that used to be me.
By December 26th I was broken, inflamed, usually ill with an asthmatic chest-infection, and starting January like a warm bag of s***. Every year. Like clockwork.
In this solo episode, I break down why silly season doesn’t need to derail you - and how you can enjoy Christmas without spending January digging yourself out of a hole.
This isn’t about being a monk.
And it’s not about going completely feral either.
It’s about being intentional, keeping basic standards in place, and making December work for you - not against you.
We cover:
- Why “I’ll start again in January” keeps you stuck
- How all-or-nothing thinking wrecks both December and January
- The difference between enjoying yourself and running yourself into the ground
- How to relax, indulge, and still feel good in the new year
- Why December behaviour decides how January feels
If you’re done repeating the same December–January cycle every year, this episode will help you break it.
And if you want help putting this into practice - I can help.
