[Tessa] Giving Pleasure Full Permission with Chris and Charlotte from The Pleasure Mechanics
Chris and Charlotte are partners who found each other in the erotic massage community in San Francisco. They have a lovely daughter and a thriving practice at PLEASURE MECHANICS. And they found themselves in a place where one partner was ready to explore more relationship opportunities while the other was not. What might have been a contentious topic for many has turned into a remarkable collaboration. As Chris says in the podcast, “my wife packs snacks for my dates.”

[Tessa] WE LOVE PALLE BO.
OK – for emphasis – and to make the point really stick.
Ever since our interview last year, we have tracked his progress on his simply marvelous podcast, The Radio Vagabond. And that means our whole staff. I guess we’re a bunch of vagabonds at The Open Nesters Podcast so it makes sense. When you hear this interview with this master traveler you will fall in love too. His spirit, worldview, attention to detail, top quality work just leaves you breathless. And if you can’t get enough Palle after listening to our show… jump on over after this one to his pod – we guarantee that you’ll love it.
At the age of fifty, Palle Bo made a decision to change his life. As his daughters were grown up and moved out of the house, so did he. He sold his house, his car and all his furniture and became a digital nomad, travelling full-time with a goal to visit every UN Nation in the world and every state in USA. The “Spaghetti Map” shows where he’s been the first 3.5 years of the journey. And this is only the beginning

With her faithful companion at her heels, Ruby makes her way to a cottage in the woods. But things are not what they seem …
Here her instincts become twisted and she doesn’t know who or what to believe. It is up to her to decide who to trust, unaware that the furture of the mer lies in her hands. Can Ruby find the courage to face the mounting dangers, save her friends and escape back to the sea?

‘He’s the Magician but she is holding the love for them in her heart.’ Emily
‘Riveting to watch the dance between the girl and the Magician.’ Christina
In this lush and dreamy erotic love story we follow the girl and the Magician as they journey towards union. The story is told in verse, poems that express the jumble of feelings that lies within the highs and lows of falling in love.
The girl with her tempestuous moods is full of taboos while the Magician is alluring and mysterious. We watch as the trust between them waxes and wanes. The girl goes from no to yes to consent to seduction while the Magician stays steady. He is the home she longs for.
In our hearts we yearn for this alchemy and the desire to make this pleasure last.
The story echoes ancient myths with its symbolism and beautiful landscapes. It conjures the discovery and mystery that lies at the heart of our greatest desires and love affairs.

[Tessa] Evolutionary Spirituality and Awe in Act III. Yes. That’s a mouthful. And, full disclosure – there are a lot of big concepts in this episode. That’s because Josh Silver is a highly intellectual and extremely committed man who has carved out one of the most unique lives I have ever observed. At 68 Josh has raised a large family, meditated for four years, lived and traveled extensively in India, and has created a philosophy of life that you simply must hear for yourself.
So – pencil and paper out… let’s listen.
And please – afterward – share your feedback with a note or comment on our Facebook page, in our private Facebook group or even with an email to me.
In 1976, I was initiated into Siddha Yoga by the master Swami Muktananda. For the next 4 years, I lived in spiritual communities spending extended periods in the profound experience of existence as blissful oneness. I’ve spent the past 40+ years integrating this awareness into my daily life and seeing all of us as embodying this same inner state. I have developed and offered different personal growth programs — JELL: Joyfully Embracing Love and Life; Full Spectrum Manhood; and IHP: An Individualized Happiness Program. I am co-founder of the Play Revolution, a movement to bring play into institutions, interpersonal relations, and to help transform humanity.
Several years ago I recognized that my connection to Nature was severely lacking. Tapping back into my years of deep meditative focus, I developed a dynamic, embodied nature immersion process called SolEarthing, standing barefoot on the earth and opening to the miraculousness of the 4.5 billion year process of evolution provided by the Sun and Earth. With great reverence, gratitude, and awe, I’ve spent about 4 hours daily since Spring 2017 consciously breathing in the direct experience of the creative genius of the Universe.
I see myself as coach, Play-Mentor and Permissionary. I have actively devoted myself to my own transformation, and always will – as well as your transformation. There’s no discernible limit to what we can evolve into as human beings; in fact, now that we have a working model of the evolving, holographic Universe from the micro level to the macro level, we have the foundation we need for embodied transformation as Cosmic humans.
Spirituality and Awe
It is essential to value our unique sensibilities, to express our unique self, and to encourage others to do so. By developing our capacity to do this, we gain vitality, focus, confidence, effectiveness and joy.
At the same time, there is an innate desire in us to achieve, to create, and to excel. This is how we manifest ourselves and maximize our contribution. Striving to be our best as ourselves and with the mutual support of others can significantly improve our results. My goal is to help people find the right balance between self-acceptance and self-mastery.

Meet Coach JoJo
[Tessa] The Tantric Mama. By reading that title I am sure the last thing you are thinking is that this episode would be useful for men. And in many ways, this podcast with Amanda Ananda provides truly the keys to a pleasure-filled life for women. Make no mistake women will gain so much by listening.
But – there is a moment in the middle of the podcast when Amanda and I turn our gaze on men and their desire to tap into their inner pleasure centers. And it may be the revelation that a large percentage of Amanda’s clients are men – powerful men from all disciplines – that is the most powerful. Women (and men) can find pleasure in many more ways than we have been taught by society, our generation, or our parents. And it can come in everyday situations, throughout your day, even from the feeling of gratitude – Amanda goes into great detail on this topic.
This podcast drops just prior to Mother’s Day 2022. It is my hope that when you find this episode whatever month or year that may be – that you listen and relisten to the many discoveries that were made here. This is an Open Nesters Podcast for the ages… so get listening.
And please – share your feedback with a note or comment on our Facebook page, in our private Facebook group or even with an email to me.
It was through tantra and somatic experiencing trauma techniques that I began to heal and reconnect to my higher self. It was a part of myself that I had been aware of since childhood but had been suppressed through a series of traumatic and abusive experiences. When I began the process of reconnecting to myself, I found that I was able to re-open my chakras, access my most valuable tools – vulnerability and intuition and connect to the Divine in a way I had never experienced before.
When I signed up for a Tantric workshop it CHANGED. MY. LIFE and eventually led to me becoming an International Tantric Facilitator. I went on to study with The School of Tribal Tantra based on Kashmir Shaivism, Ipsalu Tantra – Kriya Yoga based on Osho’s dynamic teachings, and Babaji Nagaraj’s esoteric Cobra Breath Technique. As well as immersing myself in the sacred teachings from the Temple of Isis and Mary Magdalene which has enabled me to further my connection to the Divine Feminine allowing me to anchor in these energies and codes to support women and mothers in unlocking the immense potential within them.
I’ve dedicated the rest of my life to helping overwhelmed and exhausted mothers and women who have become disconnected from themselves and their power to reclaim their erotic innocence and reignite as the badass love warriors and caregivers that they are.

About Amanda Ananda
[Tessa] Finally! A mother-daughter story from The Open Nesters. Meet Revital Catriel & her daughter Michelle Bellin. I have been seeking family stories for so long. And I was so lucky to find this one to start a series on families, Open Nesting, and personal growth. Think of this as the first of many on inter-family communication.
As it turns out I am very connected with these two women. Revi and Michelle, our first mother-daughter team on The Open Nesters.
Revi ended a 28-year relationship with her husband. And she began a new journey at that moment. She began asking questions, about her past and future. She met a new man. She looked deeply into herself and actually turned to her children with open ears… listening deeply… in many ways for the first time. It was a new openness in Revi’s life.
Michelle, Revi’s daughter, is a marriage and family therapist. At the time of her mom’s divorce, there were a lot of mixed feelings. Relief certainly. But many other emotions as well… like anger. She found new courage, to speak up, to ask for what she needed. It was a big transition for her. Facing her own issues of addiction, she found that she could see, with clarity, that she too should be more open to her mother with great honesty.
For mother and daughter – this was a new time of openness.

[Tessa] OK, its pencil and paper time… get yours out now as you are going to want to take notes as you listen to this brilliant lady. In fact Michelle got her PHD in her 50’s and has not looked back since. A divorce and the death of a husband has also not slowed down this podcast host, speaker and extremely wise generational leader. She is highly conscious of what drives her mind and body. She has a great handle on her bio-measurements, foods, exercise, REM sleep light sleep, how many breathes she takes at night through incredible technology.
This means you should take the title of this podcast, biohacking age, for what it is… a way to monitor and react to what your body is telling you at any given moment. Michelle has three primary tools that she uses in her biohacking age.
