The Inner Fight Being honest about the fact that you gotta unlearn some thangs.

• Challenge the "Default Male" mindset: Consciously work to deconstruct assumptions that male experiences, opinions, or expertise are the default. Actively elevate and support female leaders, colleagues, and creators. 
• 
  
• Share the mental and physical load of house shit, emotional labor, and household chores are split equitably. Do not expect praise for completing basic, everyday tasks but appreciate it. 
• 
  
• Hold other men accountable: Challenge misogynistic language, "locker-room talk," or sexist jokes when you hear them among peers. Even simple interventions, like asking "What do you mean by that?", can disrupt harmful narratives. 
• 
  
• Deconstruct gender roles: Reflect on how societal conditioning dictates how you treat people. For example, recognize if you unconsciously respect men through a lens of authority and women strictly through a lens of care. 

• Embrace vulnerability, its okay to care.

Before we get into this, Do yall understand what misoygny is?

Misogyny: The policing or hostile enforcement of patriarchal norms. It is the "law enforcement" of sexism, (A broad ideological belief that one sex is superior to another, often manifesting as bias, stereotypes, or structural inequality.) punishing women who step out of traditional roles or assert their independence, power, or agency.

Examples of it:

-Dismissing opinions: Frequently interrupting women or writing off their feelings or perspectives as "irrational" or "too emotional".

Infantilization: being condescending saying "sweetie" or "good girl" to women in professional or formal settings to undermine their authority.

The "male default": Automatically assuming a man is the primary decision-maker

Hostility when challenged: Throwing tantrums or becoming defensive when a woman holds a position of power or corrects a man.

Unwanted advances: Catcalling, unsolicited touching, or stalking

A way to make a woman feel below a man is the issue… Same way white men in this world try to make black men feel below them.

When it comes to working together as blk men and women…

Thinking that something in a home is woman’s work is and issue, or not thinking women have anything of value to say is problematic.

The Inner Fight

Do you believe in the idea that you would one day be in a relationship with a woman that's healthy?

If you are a man who wants to figure out where they can be better for the woman that you want in your future be honest about that.

Stop finding issues with every woman you meet as if you're trying to make every woman you meet for you. Because in life, there will always be men and women who you have no interest but always find fault in.

We don't always need to say it. Worry about finding a connection and understanding for the person you want to be with and grow with. Once people start doing that and stop nitpicking everybody else in public, we will be a lot better.

Its Part 2 of 3

Women changed over time because the demands of life included us doing more, while most men refused to share the home and family load.

Ignoring the need to emotionally and physically be present...Hence a lot of women not wanting to have kids, not wanting more kids... not wanting marriage because they fear becoming your mom... losing a spouse because mentally you are a child. A lot more women became home owners single, over men in the last 5 yrs. Women today are not waiting for men to come correct. In turn a lot more men give up trying and begin hating and knit picking.

Being a woman today and overhearing the discussions men have about women... it's giving... y'all hate women. Is it the pushback on gender roles? Is it the economic pressure that most men don't want to participate in? Is it men who need to grow up in character and empathy... refusing and not liking the outcome? Is it just hurt men who don't have the words to express how they can't handle how they've been treated? Today that's called misogynist ( a person who has a prejudice and hate against women) All men are not this way, some are in denial that they are... but when women listen long enough you can't hide. 

Whats it about modern women that they hate?

A lot of men hate the duties/ expectation that women look forward to from men

Male fragility, was talked about and more.

• Good Character: Traits like trustworthiness, responsibility, and respect.

You know that you are working against your needs, when you feel ignored.

What you want is never in motion. What they want is a given. How they want to be treated… easy. What about you tho?
