FSU coach Mike Norvell has 15 high school and junior college recruits committed to the Seminoles’ 2021 recruiting class. The program is expecting to sign 12 of those 15 prospects to National Letter’s of Intent when the NCAA early signing period for football begins Wednesday (Dec. 16) and runs through Friday (Dec. 18). Osceola Recruiting Analyst Charles Fishbein joins me on this week’s Seminole Sidelines Podcast to take a closer look at the 15 prospects expected to sign with Florida State between next week and the traditional national signing date of the first Wednesday in February.

Florida State’s dynasty run began with recruiting classes in 1984 and ’85, which delivered hungry players who took the program to another level. The 1987 team went 11-1 and finished in the top 5 with a win over Nebraska in the Fiesta Bowl. You know the rest from there: FSU won two national titles and was in the top 5 each year through 2000. Quarterback Danny McManus was a big part of the push as the starter in 1987.
