Hey everyone! So this was a super fun episode this week. So many people believe that if you forgive someone, you are allowing that person to hurt you over and over and over again. But, in this episode, I show you how that's not true and what forgiveness really is. It truly is your own God given super power!

In today's episode, I talk about how the trauma's we experience in life can leave us crippled and feeling so unsafe. This is actually at the core of why we often feel so stuck in the trauma and why we are afraid to take action to get out of it. But, understanding the difference between truth and lies was so important for me because it changed the way I viewed and spoke to myself. When that changed, it changed the way I expected other people to show up around me because I could FINALLY see how to set boundaries that were both loving but firm. Next week, I'm discussing forgiveness and how that is actually the keys to unlocking the betrayal trauma prison.

In this episode, I discuss the first dream and vision I had when I told God that I would allow him to be in charge of healing. This was the very first lesson I learned and something I still use today to help me strengthen my relationships and bring peace and joy into my life!
