A lot of times we think that trauma is an event that happened to us somewhere in our past.
But, in truth, trauma isn't the event.
Even though the entire world could tell us what happened was traumatic...
it's the thoughts that get stored in our nervous system that cause the trauma.
This is why it's so important to do thought work as well as nervous system work when it comes to healing trauma.
In today's episode, I talk about how we can reframe and shift our thoughts from trauma focused to healing centered.

One of the things that I have found SO fascinating when it comes to healing trauma...
is how it shows up as clutter in our physical spaces.
Often, I can tell what a person's trauma is and with whom depending on where and what clutter is in their space.
So in today's episode, I talk about how decluttering your spaces also helps you declutter your nervous system.

We don't have to allow someone else's thoughts, feelings, or actions to rule and dictate our lives.
But what does that take and how do we actually get there?
In today's podcast, I outline how we can be the master of our own results...
and leave toxicity in the dust.

I'M BAACK!!!
Did you miss me?? I totally missed you!
And to celebrate our first episode back,
I decided to talk about how important it is to have a relationship with yourself.
If you're still healing from trauma...
this is probably one of the biggest things you're struggling with.
Trauma teaches us that our voice, opinion, and person aren't important enough.
It's time to change that so you can actually have the life and relationships that you're dreaming of!
