Generation Alpha is the title given to children born after 2010. Not only does this generation reset the generational alphabet, but holds the potential and ability as the first cohort born entirely in the 21st century, giving them an unmatched step ahead into the future.

The word sorry and the way we use it matters a lot. Although heartfelt apologies don’t fully erase the hurt, they do express that you care and understand the situation, and that’s important. There have been multiple studies showing how sincere apologies do reduce anger and resentment leading to better relationships.

Recently the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first prescription video game for kids with ADHD. Doctors in America are now able to prescribe this iPhone and iPad game for kids between ages eight and twelve years old with ADHD.
