He’s an expert on death investigations, interviewing, and criminal behavior analysis.&nbsp; He has been honored to train Native American Homicide Task Force members as part of the Cold Case Foundation appointed by the US President’s initiative “Operation Lady Justice.”&nbsp; Chris has been serving in public safety since 1982.
