On this week's episode, super excited to be speaking to Vanessa from Reflux Rescue https://www.instagram.com/refluxrescue/ about all things babies and reflux, it is an illusive topic that is discussed so much, babies with reflux really suffer greatly and for parents it is just so challenging knowing how to support their babies when they are in pain.

Vanessa is a mum whose son suffered with silent reflux and food intolerances and realised there was a big gap in the way the medical system treats babies (and their parents) with reflux, this motivated her to change career paths and study to become a Certified Infant Reflux Specialist,

She is as her title says, the most incredible Nurturer.  

I have been working 1:1 with her over the last few months , she has been able to support me through some stormy times, whilst parenting teenager's.  

Really nurturing and guiding me, so I can understand why I do and say the things I do, why I feel the way I feel, giving me the tools to heal and grow.  

So I can try to be the best mum I possibly can for my beautiful girls.  
If we can heal ourselves then we can truly be the best parent's possible.

Full of passion and energy and know's everything you need to know about Instagram and growing your business.

Brooke and her husband Dom were client's of mine when their 6m old little man Karlo, started not loving sleep.  

He came out their angel baby, slept all the time and all was going well till all that changed over night.  

Karlo started waking many times and night and wasn't loving his day naps.

Brooke was able to get back to her business she loved pretty quickly when she was getting sleep, when things changed, work was a little harder to do because being a mumma always comes first.

Today we chat about being an entrepreneur business mumma !
