“I had to get out of survival mode—and I have to live. You can do both at the same time.” – CeeCee McGriff
In this powerful replay, I sit down with CeeCee McGriff, a two-time breast cancer survivor and the founder of Survive and Live Life, a nonprofit dedicated to helping others boldly share their stories of survival. From treatments and surgeries to navigating the emotional aftershocks of cancer, CeeCee’s mission is to remind survivors that it’s possible to both survive and truly live.
After receiving her second diagnosis, CeeCee made the courageous decision to undergo a double mastectomy with reconstruction—and in doing so, stepped into a new chapter of advocacy, healing, and joy.

“The world wants you to be exactly who you are - because nothing will happen if you aren't. You are enough and your enough is what changes the world”-By Erin Bahadur
Do you know you are enough, more importantly do you believe you are enough? Even in your situation, mess or brokenness? You are enough! Take some time to listen and start paying attention to the way you speak to yourself about yourself. Stop listening to the unsolicited opinions of others and instead focus on the things that you cherish about yourself today.
In this Solo episode I share points I know to be true that can help you learn to be content and satisfied in knowing you are enough:
This isn’t a one-time revelation. It’s a daily practice—something we grow into over time. Life changes. People come and go. But you? You’re worth showing up for, every single day.

"Pain often reveals the parts of us that need the most attention. We must stop carrying pain as our identity and start honoring it as a chapter, not a conclusion"
Pain has a way of consuming everything—our thoughts, our energy, even our sense of identity. But what if pain isn’t the end of the story? What if it's the beginning of something deeper, stronger, and more powerful?
In this solo episode of The Path Podcast, we look at The Path’s Survival Guide—a framework for moving through pain and from pain. Whether it’s personal, professional, or emotional pain, the goal is the same: to move forward—not unscarred, but unbroken.
Pain often reveals the parts of us that need the most attention. We must stop carrying pain as our identity and start honoring it as a chapter, not a conclusion.
For anyone who is still in the middle of their healing there isn't a time set to get to your healing. You don’t have to rush there—but you do have to believe it exists. Let this episode be your reminder that you're not alone, and your healing is worth fighting for.
Do the work. Release the pain, restore your strength, and step boldly into who you're becoming

“Success isn’t a finish line you cross—it’s the path you create with every step forward” - Will Smith — and with every next step, no two individual paths will ever look the same. While we may admire the achievements of others, the truth is, we don’t see the sacrifices, struggles, and resilience it took for them to get there.
In this week’s solo episode, I challenge you to define success for yourself. What does success look like to YOU? Too often, we compare our progress to someone else’s, forgetting that our journey is uniquely ours to walk.
I’ve learned never to wish for someone else’s success—because I don’t know what they had to endure to achieve it. Some people make it look easy, but for every one person who had a smooth ride, three more had to fight for every step forward.
In this episode, I am sharing thought provoking questions and dropping some gems for all to think about as you build your dreams. Keep building and remember obstacles are not roadblocks, but stepping stones to the success that’s meant for you.
See you on the other side of success!!
