“The secret to making impossible things happen isn’t a secret. It’s a process”- Stephenie Zamora
Ever wonder why some things happen that are so painful and how can I heal and move on? Can I uncover my purpose after everything I’ve gone through to become who I’m supposed to be? Is it possible to find wholeness in the aftermath of challenging life events? These questions and more my guest Stephenie Zamora had been doing most of her life and helping others to do the same.
Stephenie Zamora s a life and business coach, the author of Unravel and Awesome Life Tips®, creator of the five-phase Journey Mapping process, and host of the Tales from the Journey Podcast. Her work has been merging the worlds of personal development, healing, digital media, branding, and online marketing to help individuals build passion-based lives and businesses for nearly a decade.

“To trust God in the light is nothing but trust him in the dark. That is faith” - Charles Spurgeon
We live in world that glorify’s instant gratification, the concept of divine timing can seem elusive and frustrating. However, knowing that God is in control and always has my best interest first can bring a profound sense of peace and fulfillment.
What does God’s Timing show us? That everything happens at the right moment - at the right time according to a His plan, although we may not fully understand it in the midst of waiting.

“I Never Lose. I Either Win or I Learn” - Nelson Mandela
Ask anyone in business if they’ve ever had to pivot and I’m sure the overwhelming response would be YES! Recognizing the right time to pivot is a crucial skill for both businesses and individuals. The ability to change courses swiftly and effective can be crucial to ones success.
At some point in our lives we’ve all had to make a pivotal decision, the decision to completely change the way we’ve done something or continue to persevere.
When businesses are looking to pivot, it is to help the company improve revenue or survive in the market. Goals for individuals are not much different from a business when it comes to improving or surviving when you think about it. An individual may find they need to change course after a pivotal life event, when things feel off or they’re unsatisfied -perhaps out of alignment. We can also experience some sort of inspiration causing one to pivot.
Regardless of what the root cause, it’s important to equate a pivot personally or professionally as an evolution rather than failure.

Embracing Life's Unexpected Detours
“Often what may appear as a detour in life is actually the most direct and empowering path to your destination” - James Arthur Ray
Life is often compared to a journey along a path, and just like any path, it comes with its fair share of detours and unexpected turns. Embracing these detours can be challenging and overwhelming at times if we allow ourselves to look beyond what is happening around us. Most times these detours are teaching us important lessons that are essential for growth and discovery. In order to overcome and navigate the detours in life, business and/or careers it takes adopting a resilient mindset and the will to adapt to the changes.
Keep an open mind and think on things that are still positive while working through the detours. Rather than viewing detours as obstacles, see them as opportunities for new experiences and lessons that enrich your journey.

Embarking on a weight loss journey coupled with a healthy nutrition can be incredibly challenging. The struggle is not only physical but also mental and emotional. People frequently face a multitude of obstacles, from maintaining motivation and discipline to dealing with the pressures of unrealistic beauty standards. The process demands consistent effort, and the absence of a support system can make it even more daunting; unless you find a support system to play a crucial role such as a coach and trainer.

Success looks different for everyone. For some our Path’s may end at the same destination, but undoubtedly the journey there won’t be the same.
In this week’s solo episode, we’re asking what does success look like to you? We have a tendency to look at others who appear to be successful and we expect our outcome or journey to imitate what we see, but in all honesty we don’t know what it took for them to get there. ‘
I’ve learn never to wish for what others have, because I don’t know what they had to go through to get it. We are not saying every successful person struggled, but for everyone one that didn’t struggle it’s possible 3 did.
In this episode I am asking questions and leaving advice for all to think about as you build your dreams. Keep building and don’t allow obstacles to stop you from obtaining the success that is designed for you on your journey.
See you on the other side of success!!
