Behind what some may think is an impossible achievement lies a story of determination, resilience, and the power of the human spirit.  Todays guest is Joan Curran Darkortey, aka “The Difference Maker”.

A journey that began with a seed of imagination, turned into a vision of what could be, to founding Liberia Economic Development Initiative (LEDI) with her husband Rufus Darkortey. This will be the first of it’s kind state of the art “Public Library and Technology Center” for the people of Liberia, West Africa.  Joan and LEDI, envision a future without limits. 

Liberia, nestled on the West African coast, is a country rich in history and culture, marked by its distinction as Africa's oldest republic. Founded in the early 19th century by freed slaves primarily from the United States. Stop asking for permission - your journey created you for THIS! - Arlene Bolden - Korleh

In this episode, we are on a mission to challenge ourselves to start living life to its fullest and stop making excuses in 2024.  

It’s time to stop looking at other people and start the business you were destined to start. Life experiences, obstacles, our gifts and talents are vehicles to show us The Path to our calling. It’s that desire that burns deep in your soul when you think about it and it won’t go away. The only thing that's stopping you; is you. 

Today, I’m asking you 4 questions that you need to answer today to get you on The Path to walking in your purpose.  Before we bring in guests to show you their survival guides to purpose; I need for you to be ready internally to remove the roadblocks so that you may be ready to take action! 

4 Questions You Need To Answer:
•  Who could you be if you believed you were Worthy and Deserving of a Fulling Life?
•  Who or what is stopping you from taking the 1st step?
•  What would THEY say? 
•  If Not Today… When?

It’s time to stop playing small, make a declaration and START.  Stop asking for permission and know that your journey created you for THIS!
