This week, Derrick and Jason continue to discuss the rescue that God gives us in this life.  This week Jason points our attention to the Davidic Covenant in 2 Samuel 7, and we see how God advances his rescue plan that will culminate in the person of Jesus.

Derrick and Jason discuss Exodus 18:13-27 this week as we wrap up our series, Your Part Matters.  Ministry is tough work at times, but when we share the load it makes for joyful work.

This week Derrick and Jason return to talk about what it means to be gifted by the Holy Spirit and how we are supposed to use those gifts within the context of the local church.  We are gifted by God for the purpose of unity and the glorification of God.  

This week Derrick and Jason begin looking at the idea of being a member of the body of Christ who has been given a gift by God to serve the body.  We have a job as Christians to shine the light of the gospel wherever God plants us.  The best way to do that is to see how God has specifically shaped each member of the body to serve the local body in a way that glorifies Him.

This week Derrick and Jason discuss the last two letters to church found in Revelation 3.  God has called us to holiness as His followers, and He has called us to depend fully on Him for all things.

This Derrick and Jason break down what Jesus says to 4 of the 7 churches in Revelation 2–3.  Jesus wants us to understand that He is sovereign over all things, but that He also deeply loves us enough to not let us stay in our sinful state.  Find rest in that truth this week, and celebrate the fact that He is in control of all things.
