Lately as you guys know I was battling pretty heavy demons. This episode is all about my comeback. This episode is about my journey to living my best life and having that sheer happiness. Helllooooooo Happy St. Patrick's Day! Such a fun holiday to drink and guess what? DO DRUGS!! Now ...as awesome as they are...they are also very dangerous and life threatening. They can be so extreme to alter your reality or they can just make you completely black out and now you have no idea where you are or what you did. Scary stuff. With that, this episode talks about my journey that I had with drugs and some of the experiences I have been through. Thanks for listening.

Holy moly...I was super hesitant about recording. Everybody has their days, weeks, months or year where they feel like doing absolutely nothing. Lately it has felt like that but times one hundred. This episode directs more of what goes on in my brain and what my mental health journey has been like so far. As you go on this journey into this episode it also gets steamy into my sex life and sex talk. I know right? ..steamy. I will say so far this is my most raw, unedited I have been. I like to think this is my unusual way of making it seem as if I'm sitting in front of you letting you in. Thank you.
