In this episode, I got to interview my good friend and fellow online nutrition coach, Justin Larrance. We covered exactly how you can bridge the gap between your performance goals (lifting heavy s***, running faster, jumping higher) and your aesthetic goals (six pack, bigger biceps, etc).
While performance and aesthetics are at opposite ends of the spectrum, the vast majority of the general population can achieve substantial degrees of success in both areas simultaneously, with the right practices in place. We covered everything you need to know about that in this episode!
Also, we took a deep dive into how you can build your ideal morning routine. Having a routine to start your day off is a key trait of many of the most successful people out there. They key is having a routine that is right for YOU.
Last but not least, we discussed the downfalls of comparison, and how you can work to overcome it. Comparison is something that nearly everyone struggles with, myself and Justin included! With that being said, it's important to not let that define you, and to constantly to working to limit that type of negative thinking. We shared some of our favorite ways to do that in this episode!
