We all are guilty of self-sabotage: we often punish ourselves for things we have or haven't done, even going as far back as when we were little. How do we change this? Well, we work on ourselves. Every day. It's not easy - trust me, it's sooo not easy - but with time we get better at it. Learn your triggers, set your boundaries, and above all, focus on yourself. Prioritise yourself. Work on who you want to become, how and why. As soon as we have a better understanding of ourselves, we can then work on want we want to achieve in life. And this may change too. Life happens, things get in the way. If you want something bad enough, though, it will happen. You will make it happen. Only you have the power and control to make it happen!
