The concept of the PERFORMANCE TRIANGLE is that if we are to have an optimal experience in sport, business or life then our triangle needs to be in balance

Is it in balance?

Most of the time we get out of balance by focusing solely on the performance at the expense of learning and enjoyment.

Yet if we just focus on enjoyment and it ‘doesn’t matter’ then the fuel to get better does tend to run out.

 

To get your performance triangle in balance requires you to ask yourself some very important questions.

Questions that take you deeper than the surface structure of experience.

It is worth the effort though
