This week iv decided to hit a topic that I do talk a lot about on social media and that is the dreaded weighing scales.
I’m going to be talking about why the scales are irrelevant and explain to you why,
I will also go into all the variables that affect someone’s weight and so on
I will also be speaking to Karren Holland from sparrow therapy in Kilkenny who is a psychotherapist and will be giving me her insight on how weighing scales can have an impact on your mental health.
I have decided to take the plunge and enter into the world of podcasts lol

I got asked a great question on Instagram about calories
they asked
hey peter,
I hear personal trainers always saying a calorie is a calorie, so does it matter if it’s from whole or fast food (processed) foods. Surely there is a different effect on how these foods act in the body or does it matter?
This is probably the longest videos I have made to date but I made it as short as possible so I can explain the differences between whole foods and processed and there is a lot more that I didn’t cover in the video.
I know its long but if you have any interest in nutrition then its something you might find interesting.
