People often think they are who they are forever, that their identity is unchangeable, and that they are stuck in this current body/mindset for the rest of their lives. However, people forget that everybody who is somebody was once a nobody. Meaning that people grow and evolve everyday so it's up to you to do so.
We talk a lot about self limiting beliefs and how crucial it is to have positive self talk in all aspects of life including fitness. In the end it's all about commitment to action and putting good steps/habits in place to set yourself up for success. We believe in you guys but it's up to you to believe in yourselves!
