Our quest to defeat Starscourge Radan is near its end as we storm his stronghold, Redmane Castle. This legacy dungeon is quite strange, and not just in the context of Elden Ring. There are two versions of it, one that is full of enemies, and another that is empty and ready for the Festival to kill the rot-blighted demigod. FromSoft have never done anything like this, and while it's not entirely successful, it's still really neat.
Because there's relatively little to talk about in Redmane itself, and because the Festival is getting its own episode next Sunday, we round out this week's episode by talking about what's changed in Elden Ring through patches and updates, and what it means to dive deep on a game that is both huge, and a moving target.
We're off to the races as we talk about the first episode of Breaking Bad, the clumsily-named "Pilot". Pretty much everything is here, introducing us to the main cast and showing us Walt's life of quiet humiliation before he reunites with Jesse Pinkman and makes his first forrays into the criminal underworld. Is the tone kind of weird, with moments that are a little too broad? Yeah, sure, but it's already great television and it's the first step down a great road.
We would like to thank Gwen Static for composing our theme song, and Trent Peters for creating our great podcast art.
Kole, David, Dennis, and Jala talk about Catherine Full Body, Deep Rock Galactic, Metal Gear Survive, and much more!

Spooky month begins with the ultimate heebie jeebie, a real Boo-riffic blunder! So buckle up boils and ghouls and non die-scary siblings alike.
*Play Devotion before listening to this macabre tale of goof'em ups. Seriously, it's one of the best games we've done for the show and it's only 3 hours long. It's Silent Hill 2 tier. *
Until next grime, fiends! BWahahahahahaha

150 premium Abject Suffering episodes is a reason for celebration. It was a total accident that we happened to end up covering Chakan: The Forever Man, a cult Genesis game about a man who is cursed to live forever, named Chakan. Chakan is based on an indie comic by a person who goes by the initialism RAK, and RAK has a webpage.
We found the webpage. We were bowled over by what we found there.
So much so that I just had to make a video version of this episode, which you can find in an unlisted YouTube upload below. Fans of the Angel Quiz episode from so long ago will be happy with the video.
Here's a link to the video version.
Thanks so much for all of your support!
Kole and Jala wrap up their coverage on the main Phoenix Wright trilogy of games by talking about Trials and Tribulations. Story concerned with the pasts of the various characters, it also seeks to wrap up loose ends and give a big fanservice payday to anyone with affection for the cast.
Everything To Guppy is a weekly comedy/gaming podcast that releases four 15-minute episodes in a single hour-long chunk every Tuesday for reasons that seemed good at the time. Gary Butterfield (Watch Out For Fireballs) and William Hughes (The A.V. Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.
You had to be around in the early '00s to know exactly how hard Razor scooters were being pushed on us. These were collapsable metal scooters meant for radical teens to ride to class. And they made a game about them, a not entirely terrible Tony Hawk clone. So we spend some time talking about the gimmick shoes that were foisted on us as kids.
With all of the Scarlet Rot in Caelid, it's easy to overlook the other forces at play in the region. Namely, the Black Flame, Deathroot, and other forces associated with the Destined Death. In this cleanup episode, we head to the Bestial Sanctum to learn about Gurranq the Bestial Clergyman, and then we head to the Divine Tower of Caelid where we find the Godskin cult tucked away in the basement.
Next week we head to Redmane Castle to begin working to handle Starscourge Radahn himself.
Kole, Ben, Dennis, and David talk about Dome Keeper, Trombone Champ, Timberborn, and much more!
