This week Gary brings a character with a very ill-advised product pitch, then we get into talking about this charming and not-fun Cinemaware game about ants. Please stow your picnic baskets.
The most ancient of the ancient ones, even if it's rude to say it.
This week we talk about the Dark Souls II mod "Augur of Darkness", created by Vampirick/Vempire. It's a remix mod that changes some of the level geometry and pathing substantially, in addition to altering boss and enemy encounters. While the mod is inconsistent about what it chooses to alter throughout the course of what was already a very big game, there's enough to recommend it for your next playthrough. At the very least, it was fun to talk about and we hope you find it interesting.
Everything To Guppy is a bite-sized, four-times weekly comedy/gaming podcast in which Gary Butterfield (Watch Out For Fireballs) and William Hughes (The A.V. Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.

Reminder that you can read along with and ahead of the show by subscribing to Marvel Unlimited (we don't get paid for you doing that, so it's not an ad, it's just a cool service). You can also use Comixology, or buy the trades from your local comic book shop (the preferred method, if we're being honest). Be sure to check with your local library to see if they have them there! Kole, Jala, and David talk about Death Stranding, the many development problems of Halo Infinite, and we ask you about desirable and undesirable video game worlds.
The Grind:This week we answer your questions and prompts, and talk about times in our lives when we "fell out of love with games". Times when we stopped playing as many games, why that happened, and what brought us back in. We also read your thoughts on Devil May Cry and Disco Elysium.
