  • The power of 'I don't know' for life-long learning, richer relationships and a wonderful life

Most of us don't want to admit we don't know things.
But admitting openly that 'I don't know' liberates us into life-long learning as well as equalizes the power dynamics in our relationships and allows us to reclaim our authenticity.

This episode includes different examples from the clinic, workshops, performances and  personal relationships that show how honest not knowing actually benefits your life in many ways. As always, practical tips are given on how to lean into not knowing for a more vital life. Recorded live on FB.

Includes quote from the book Language and the pursuit of happiness by Chalmers Brothers.

  • Want to feel truly loved? SHOW YOUR SHADOW!

We all want to really feel loved. We usually present our best selves to the world.
These two wants sometimes lead to us often feeling that people who say nice things to us or love us, don't really mean it or don't really know us (because if they knew who we REALLY are, they wouldn't love us).

The solution: LET THEM SEE YOUR SHADOW!

Come listen to my claim that this is the way forward in relationships.
The episode includes examples from the clinic and real life and concludes with practical tips how to show more shadow and feel more loved.

  • Intimate, committed relationships are like a MARATHON - special from the Tel Aviv Marathon 2019

Being in a committed, long-term relationship is like a marathon. You need to allow yourself to feel the whole range of feelings, from Love to Hate. Once you allow yourself to truly hate your partner, your heart can open to truly loving your partner. Then you almost always will hit the 'wall', as I did in the 32nd kilometer, and that is the point where the relationship is at it's lowest and you must persevere... And how does it end?

This episode concludes with some questions and suggestions on how to run the marathon of relationships.
