The Power of Acknowledging Your Story with Chase Locke

Listen Later

This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has a very powerful conversation to share that she had with her friend Chase. Chase Locke (@chaselocke_) sat down with Kat to talk about his story and the freedom he has experienced through processing the shame he has picked up throughout his life. Too often we make what happened to us about us and not about the brokenness there is in the world. However. when you allow yourself to face the hard and uncomfortable stuff you also allow yourself to see the truth. And when you allow yourself to see the truth there is an opportunity to not only write but to live out of a new narrative. In this episode you will hear the unraveling of false narratives and the hope and healing that happens when permission is given to see the truth of our stories. We are not only grateful for Chase, we are grateful for his courage to share the most real and authentic parts of him in this conversation. Chase, you're a gem.
