Whitney is a powerhouse. She's a natural leader and director and is good at holding things in place for others. But here's the thing... She has realized the rewards of stepping back and letting others go, which allows her to embrace personal power even more. It's amazing what that does for our own lives! Whitney does a great job of breaking down what that looks like and how it feels to step into that unfamiliar space.

Whitney is here for the Type As, the perfectionists, the overachievers. I know those identities well myself.
