Being inspired by the Legendary @inkyjohnsonmotivate and how he overcome the greatest adversity of near death on the football field.
How he decided that a greater power was at play and he was not meant for the NFL is his greatest attribute and so he has went on to inspire thousands of people worldwide who come up against life altering challenges to see the bigger picture and know that whatever purpose you have been built for you are being directed
He can explain it so much better in this episode below this will be the best 8 minutes you listen to today

Welcoming a Friend of mine from London, England on this episode
We met while doing some charity work in 2014 and roomed together on that trip in China
A trip that had a profound impact on us both and one that Gurpal has put his energy into is the Charity Foundation called "Happy to Help" We discuss all about the foundation from where it started to where its going and what are the hopes for the future
Also talking about the charity he raised funds for while we were in China which was @GreatOrmondStreet Children's hospital where Gurpal himself underwent Heart surgery as a child.
A Catch up episode for us as friends and after this conversation I can see why we gel together as our values are aligned and we picked up where we left off.
If you want to get involved with Happy to Help and their Work get in touch via they're socials

Highlighting in this episode that being 100% Positive all the time is just not possible as we are not Perfect. Using Self Awareness and Gratitude to help acknowledge the times when you are feeling under the weather and question the how and why you feel that way.
Will better serve you in the long Run. Showing yourself compassion for feeling a certain way and giving yourself the time t adjust and take a break could be the best gift you can give yourself for if you cannot love yourself then who will?
If you Enjoyed this episode please do share it on your socials it really helps to push it further and tag us
