Conor and I discuss the different ways you can gain insights from analysing data. Conor points out that even missing data can bring relevant information to the table. If, for example, you find a situation unpredictable based on the data that you have, it could help you in adjusting your risk model.
When it comes to Conor’s work with companies, he says that usually large companies take longer to implement changes. However he brings an example of an incredible process he witnessed one of his client companies do. Within 18 months that company grew from using manual processes into a fully functioning and digitalised process.
