Journaling Questions:
1. What is your macro goal? Then, what's one way that you can work toward that goal? How can you break it down and make it more manageable?
2. When are you going to check in with yourself? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? And when you do, you could ask yourself: how’s it going? Does this goal feel aligned? What am I proud of? What have I learned about myself? What can I adjust, crank up, or pull back on?
