Reflection, like we talked about last week, is a phenomenal self-empowerment tool! Last week, we talked about 3 specific reflection questions we can use to celebrate a goal, milestone, or accomplishment. Now, this week we're diving into ANOTHER super cool & empowering way that we can use reflection in that post-goal or accomplishment state, which is to get really, really clear on how we can pursue a goal even BETTER next time! As ambitious women, we know that getting intentional about how we show up for our goals will create more fulfillment & joy throughout the process, which is crucial to building a life that we're excited about. No goal is worth pursuing if it makes us miserable, so we've got to flex those critical thinking & reflection muscles by asking ourselves what's working & what's not?! As Maya Angelou, my favorite poet in the whole word, says: "Do the best you can until you know better. Once you know better, do better."

Journaling Questions:
1. What's working?! In other words, what felt supportive for me throughout the process? What do I want to keep doing from last time? What habits & beliefs did I have that served me?
2. What's not working? Essentially, what didn't feel supportive for me throughout the process? What do I want to not do moving forward? What habits & beliefs don't serve me?
