Interview with Julie Hynes, Executive Director of the Oregon Council on Problem Gambling and a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. National Council on Problem Gambling.  We discuss problem gambling in Oregon and across the United States, as well as the recent legalisation of sports betting.  We also discuss the growth of video gaming addiction and the blurred lines between gaming and gambling.
