It is officially Multiverse Madness Month here at The Project Infinite Podcast! With just under a month until the next Marvel spectacle that is Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, we thought it would be a good idea to take a trip to other universes where the actors you know and love for superhero roles didn’t get those roles and instead went to other folks. After that, we tackle the future and muse on who we think would fit best for roles that have not yet made appearances on film (in current iterations). Before all that, we tackle some casting news, Stephen Amell possibly donning the Hood once again, and some not so great news involving Will Smith & Ezra Miller. Thank you to everyone who continues to support and don’t forget to subscribe to download new episodes as they become available and don’t be afraid to share a rating!

So, I jokingly said to Court off air last week, “Do we really need to dedicate a whole episode recapping the Oscars?” LITTLE DID I KNOW that it would quickly become one of the most talked about events in modern history, and none of it had to do with movies. HOWEVER, we do dedicate a ton of time this episode to recapping the awards, our thoughts on the nominees, and yes, we discuss the now infamous slap. Before all that, we talk that released deleted scene from “The Batman,” a new trailer for “Top Gun: Maverick,” a villain casting for the Blue Beetle movie and Ezra Miller once again finding himself in trouble *sigh* After that enjoy our deep dive in recapping and reviewing the 2022 Academy Awards! Timecodes are below. Thanks everyone for listening, sharing, downloading, and leaving reviews. We sincerely appreciate it! (RIP Oppenheimer Casting News)

It’s Batman Week: Park Two!! Batman week…returns? This week we dive full on into a spoiler filled review of “The Batman” following up our non-spoiler review last week. What’s up everyone? This is our first SPECIAL EDITION episode. Fresh off of a fan first screening of “The Batman,” we give you our fresh, gut check reactions to the movie starring Robert Pattinson, directed by Matt Reeves. However, fear not, there are no spoilers for major plot points or character arcs. We mostly give general thoughts on the performances, the direction, the score and how the movie made us feel as well as where it stacks up against other Batman films over the years. HOWEVER, if you want to go into the movie completely clean of any reviews or reactions, we understand and you should definitely skip on this one until you see the film proper. No timecodes this week as we spend the entire half hour simply reacting to “The Batman.” We will catch you next week for our Spoilercast for “The Batman” during our normal operating hours every Wednesday!

It’s Batman week! Finally, after nearly two years of anticipation since the release of the trailer at the first ever DC Fandome, “The Batman” is imminent. We spend this episode talking about the hype for Matt Reeve’s crack at directing Batman starring Robert Pattinson as the caped crusader alongside a star-studded cast. We talk about the other iterations of Batman before Pattinson and what insight those performances can give us to what to expect from him. Before that though, we give our thoughts on yet MORE Oppenheimer casting, where the Marvel Netflix shows are landing post-Netflix, some more Kraven casting and some thoughts on the final (we think) Morbius trailer. After that, we talk Vengeance and we talk hype for “The Batman” before it hits theaters this week. Thank you as always to everyone who supports us. We sincerely appreciate it!

We cherish podcasting. We cherish with all our hearts. And it doesn’t matter how many men, women and children we have to get to listen in order to create one. It’s Peacemaker time everyone! We take a deep dive look at the surprise hit from HBO Max in their first outing at a premiere DC television series. It’s filled with fun, blood, laughs and a ton of heart. We applaud the performances, the story, the dialogue and the directing of James Gunn. Before that, we talk tons of casting news for what else, Oppenheimer, Kraven, a Fallout TV series and Blade. We also talk a bit about Stranger Things Season 4 and Netflix’s decision to split it into two “volumes.” After all the news of the week, we dive into Peacemaker for SPOILERS ahead for the first season of Peacemaker as well as The Suicide Squad that released last August. Also, spoilers for Uncharted, which I talk about a bit at the end of this podcast. Thank you as always to everyone who supports us. We sincerely appreciate it!

Usually what I do in these little blurbs is I like to talk about our main topic and quickly touch upon all the other stuff we talk about. This week, that just isn’t possible! There is so much news this week that I don’t even know what to say. I will say the bulk of this time is taken talking about the new Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness trailer on top of all the other castings, trailers and tidbits from the week that was. We also reviewed Book of Boba Fett which we have some…thoughts about. That’s all I can really say. I will do my best to timecode everything but there will be a lot of things! Thank you as always to everyone who supports us. We sincerely appreciate it!
