On today's episode of Locked on Wild, we take a look at the Pros and Cons of trading for Canucks forward Brock Boeser. We look at his career stats, where he excels and what has gone wrong so far this year with the Canucks. We look at what it would take to acquire him in terms of prospects/draft picks. We also look at what the Wild would need to do from a cap perspective to fit him on the books this year and beyond. We then move into the pros, which include deepening the lineup, strengthening the Power Play, and giving Matt Boldy a skilled wing complement on his line. We look at the cons, which include other players in need of extensions this offseason, a current forward logjam that would require likely another trade to free up a spot, and the likelihood of needing to trade a contract like Matt Dumba's, with Dumba's trade value currently very low. We then ask the question of whether or not it is still worth pursuing!
