Some of us work with pediatrics on a regular basis, and some of us do not. It's important to remember though that ALL of us should all know how to act when time is of the essence in a case like this. In this episode, we'll discuss how to identify the risk of pediatric suicidal thoughts/attempts, how to respond in the moment, and how to plan for the next time. Sometimes the most important discussions can be the most difficult.
