So much of the information that you find on social media can be really misleading or it's steps you don't need to take until you've got the basics down and understood.
This podcast contains information that could have helped millions of people avoid heartache and saved time and money if they understood rather than seeking the new fad diet/exercise or quick fix. Understanding how food works with your body, how to "manipulate" it for your goals, and how to get the most out of your training can be life-changing.

After being born through a c-section because of a breached (feet first) position and umbilical cord wrapped around her neck, Taylor was moments from death and spent a few weeks in the NICU. She had a physical therapist briefly as a baby to help with a condition that she would have called "Torticollis".
Though she spent her whole life with this, she wasn't aware of it until her 30s while having a conversation with her mother about the pains she was experiencing. She also discovered through her chiropractor that she has a slight degree of scoliosis. These issues affect her from top to bottom and she's actively trying to work on the issues and pay attention to how they affect her day-to-day as well as her weightlifting and other fitness endeavors.
In this short episode, Taylor discusses how valuable it is to know of or learn about these issues with your body. What was your birth story? What injuries did you have growing up? What injuries have you had recently? What about your posture from moment to moment?
It would also be great if you could pay attention to these things with your children and let them know more about what their body has gone through. It can really help them as they get older.

If you're here listening to the Pursue Your Potential Podcast then it's safe to say you're on the journey of pursuing your potential. You know you're made for more and you've set out to see what that is in different areas of your life.
In this episode, we dive into the idea that you're probably not working as hard as you could. This doesn't mean running yourself into the ground, starving yourself, rising injury, or creating other potential problems. It means that in those moments where you could work harder and grow, you're falling short for whatever reason. Are you working hard enough? Are you being intentional?
Imagine joining a transformation program like the "TFY Transformation Program" and getting to the end and not recognizing yourself or feeling like that old version of you is so far from who you are now. That is a good sign you worked hard and you went through a transformation. If you get to the end and feel the same. Did you work hard?
Tune in and let's open up the conversation!

In this episode, Taylor dives into what it's been like being a stay-at-home working mom.
Back in 2013 when Taylor had her baby, she and her husband decided it would be best for her to be a stay-at-home mom. Her husband traveled for work a lot, typically home for 10 days and gone for work 10+ days at a time. This came with a lot of challenges, but was the best decision for their family at that time in their lives. Neither of them wanted their son to be in daycare and raised by another. While Chris would be away, Taylor was responsible for taking care of her son and everything at home. Taylor used that time to go to school, take courses, and start her own businesses that could be done from home. Since then, Taylor has built multiple businesses. Taylored for You Coaching, which is an online and in-person fitness business, Hula Hoop Fitness Utah, which is a hula hoop fitness business where she teaches people how to hula hoop for fitness and dance, Notary Signing Services, which is a business where she is a notary signing agent. On top of this, Taylor rents out her home gym to those who want a private space to work out.

Have you heard of “Get Funky” it is a 2-day rave/ festival with awesome EDM djs. I went to this event last weekend (only 1 of the days) and I enjoyed the experience, sober.
In this episode, I share my story, why I went sober, as well as some insight into my relationship with alcohol. Having been someone who has drank since the age of 16 and have done psychedelic drugs like magic mushrooms, ecstasy, and drank alcohol in various settings including many raves, this transition is a big deal for me at the age of 32.
