On the podcast, Sean shares about his recent experience on his first solo elk hunt. He discusses preparedness, his perspective on “success” in the backcountry, and how his life as a professional tinkerer comes into play on an adventure. The season change calls for some appreciation and Quinn and Riley are here to serve up the cozy Fall vibes. Long story short, Quinn completed her first equine pack trip, and it was a great success! While the trip was organized around an elk hunt, the most important part of the experience was the camaraderie and love shared. In this episode, Quinn lets us in to her journal about her adventure and shares important takeaways from the backcountry. Come for the mule and horse escapades, stay for the vulnerability and tenderness.

Today, the twins sound more like gym bros than one might expect. They’re talking group fitness classes for accountability, eating a lot more food than you think you need, and talk beginner muscle soreness. Q & R also mention the excellent acoustics in their recent singing in the shower twin experience. The episode is sprinkled with talk of snail mail, stamps, and stickers. Happy Tuesday, thank for listening!
