My childhood friend Maddie got pregnant at 18 her senior year and what so many would see as a social and career death sentence turned out to actually be the biggest blessing and has not stopped them from having a happy family and pursuing the things they want. They have a powerful testimony that shows just because things don't happen the way you thought they would that you can still live a happy normal life. 

Maddie did not pass the BAR this time around but she did better! She's one step closer to becoming a certified lawyer and mom of 4!

I thought it was going to shorter and it was...slightly. Once again I crank out 40 minutes even when I'm not feeling great. We discuss the featured question of the day asking about the pronunciation of the word 'pecan.' I give the correct way to say it and why there is only one way to say it. Feel free to argue back. I also give a pro tip of the day, word of the day, and read another Babylon Bee article that slaps.
