This week we are excited to feature not just a second, but a third career dietitian Jessica Beardsley, MS, RDN, LDN!

She began her switch to what is now dietetics while pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Before owning her current business, Jessica Beardsley Nutrition LLC, and pursuing the RD credential, Jessica held a 4 year career in graphic design which she adored. However, her calling wasn't fully reached until she got introduced to dietetics which she found blended her love for science from biomedical engineering and creativity with graphic design.

In this episode, Jessica shares her story, advice for those wanting to switch careers, how to switch careers to dietetics, advice for handling the switch financially, and things she relied on during the process.
