March 14th: Robert Maudsley's First Murder (1974)

Some criminals are so dangerous special efforts  have to be made to keep others safe. On March 14th 1974 a man killed for the first time and set off the domino effects that eventually led him to the title of Britain’s longest serving prisoner in solitary confinement.
