The Tennessee Titans announced Mike McCoy as their interim head coach and McCoy spoke about Cam Ward and the team plus what he plans to do next and it was normal coach speak that you hope actually helps behind the scenes. Whatever it is, McCoy needs to make some simple changes to help Ward play better football. However, McCoy likely won't be the long-term head coach after the year and Mike McCarthy would be a perfect candidate with everything he brings to the table, but he is not the only good options available. Finally, there are some coaches who may become available eventually like Kevin Stefanski who the Titans need to keep their eye on.
