We also get into the absurd but revealing story of “FOB” meaning not Free On Board, but “fruit on bottom”, a perfect example of why supply chain visibility, data normalisation, and logistics integration are still such stubborn problems. And yes, we talk about why modern supply chain resilience still collapses into manual check calls far more often than anyone likes to admit.
