On today’s episode I am joined by any incredible momma Whitney Baker. She is a heart-based entrepreneur, facilitator and host of the Electric Ideas podcast. Her mission is to generate moments of personal breakthrough that light women up and create space for new possibilities. Whitney shares her journey on being a formal journalist, turned global marketing agency creative to staying at home with her kids. I love how real she gets about how she still felt the need to succeed even when working from home and how isolated she felt during her transition from corporate to starting her own business and writing a book ya’ll!!! This episode is filled with setting habits as a mom, not being perfect, boundaries and what they look like, a Monday meeting with her husband and how you can build your day how you want to live your life. I know you will take some great nuggets from this conversation. Make sure to tag me and Whitney on Instagram and let us know your Electric Moment Ideas!

Since Mother’s Day is coming up…I wanted to do something different on one of my episodes and make an ode to mom. In the show notes, there is a link where you can leave me a voice message. It goes right into my Anchor account and I can add it to an episode. So…leave a message about a special memory, experience or a simple love note to your mom. My goal is to put these together on Mother’s Day and have a Mother’s Day special. This will only work if you take a minute and do it. She is worth it=)
