Marriage is hard, but it's not. I'm no relationship counselor or expert, but I am a wife who has had to do a lot of self reflecting to figure out how to make this work, but that's because I WANT to make it work. These are my personal tips and experiences through my 19 year (so far) relationship. In this episode you'll hear about
-how men and women think differently
-looking inward for solutions instead of outward
-the key pieces that have made my relationship work
-tips to help if you're feeling stuck
*If you're ever in a situation where you don't feel safe please reach out to someone. No one deserves to be mistreated.
I'm not good at a lot of things, but one thing I know to be true is that I can see something positive in every shitty situation. In this episode you'll hear about one of my scary life moments, and how through something extremely traumatic I was able to think of the silver lining. You too can find positive pieces of every unfortunate experience.
Awareness has been a game changer for me and my relationships! Start by identifying your triggers and you'll open up a world of new ways of thinking!
Thank you for being kind and loving on my most vulnerable post. Me, not looking like a fit chick, in a swimsuit. This episode is all about loving yourself and you'll hear about reasons why I workout even on vacation. If you love this, share it! Sharing is caring, babes!
