    About Kris Reid

Kris Reid is an Australian entrepreneur with a degree in software engineering. After obtaining his degree, he moved to Europe for a few years, where he worked with multiple companies in the financial sector. Then, when the global financial crisis hit, he worked for a large financial firm in London before losing his job. And while it was a tough time for everyone, Kris dubbed this the beginning of his journey to success.

Kris headed back to Australia, where he created an online game called Mob Warrior. But, as the completion and launch day approached, he had no idea how to get people to discover the game’s website. And so, Kris started studying SEO techniques and how Google works, learning everything about metadata, title tags, keywords, how to build authority, and high-quality backlinks, among many other strategies.

Later on, Kris started offering SEO services and built Ardor Media Factory as a search marketing agency that makes custom links for companies, gains local citations, and publishes brilliant reviews. They have offices in Australia, Cambodia, and the Philippines, offering professional SEO and website success services.

    About Parker Stone

And while he was so excited to start a career, his department was laid-off two months in, a challenging time for anyone at the time. And so, Parker looked online for different business models to create passive income, such as franchising and retailing.

But after a while, Parker came across BiggerPockets and then learned about buying properties at reasonable prices for appreciation and renting them out for cash flow. And at the time, his brother was going to NC State University, which happened to be in Raleigh, one of the fastest-growing areas. And so, Parker flew down to Raleigh and started looking through some of the markets, eventually finding a good place that happened to be on sale. It just so happened that the former owner of the property had just bought a new house with a more spacious lawn for their dog, and he needed to sell his previous property quickly. So, in the end, Parker and his brother got the property. Nowadays, Stone is looking to ultimately sell the place and a few others in their portfolio to roll into multifamily eventually.
